Tuesday, June 30 th . , 1931. Board met An regular session at I0:00 A. N. All members present. Minutes of meeting held June 23rd., I93I. read and. approved. 'ibis being the date set, hearings were Ind on the following assessment rolls': Assessment ral showi ng t he awards of d anage s and assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of all alleys: in block bounded by .tendix Drive, Kenwood Avenue, Kale y Street -and Linden Avenue under Vacation Resolution No.243 6. Assessment rollshowing the awards of danages and assessments cc benefits in the matter of the vacati -,n of *estmoor Street from Sheridan Avenue to West City Limits, tLnder Vacation Resolution V o .2 43 4 . in the above named assessment rolls, the clerk of --the Board sumit ted proof of service of notices as heretofore ordered by the Board and sane mre found sufficient* ivo remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board., being fully advised n the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been berefited and damaged in, the amounts shown on said rolls. The Board. therefore,, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ra.tified,. confirmed and approved and the street and alleys vacated and C 11 proceedings Imd with reference to said vacations are hereby sustained and the proceedings eyed. This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement Resolutions : Improvement Resolution No.2439for the local sever improvement in Huron Street from Arnold Street to kIebster 6treet. Improvement Resolution No.2 445 for the pavement improvement on Huron Street from 2IIt west cf Arnold. street to Bast Uurb line of 've hs ter Street. Improvement Resolution Ao.2444 for the pevenent improvement on Huron Street from Arnold street to 21I1 west of Arnold Street. In all of t1 e above mimed improvement resolutions, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hearing all persons inter- ested in said impmvements, hereby rescinds all former action taken on said improvet resolutions, and declares same null and void and the Iroceedings closed. In the above named % ca tii on resolutions, Cle rk of the Board f iles proof s of publications of notices, domforming to the order issued by the Board and upon inspect ion of said proofs of publications of notices, same are found to be sufficient and are hereby ordered placed on file. After hearing all persons interested in said vacation resolutions, and. be- ing fa.ly advised in the premises, the Board decides to tale final action on said reso1 utions and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modifi- cation. The Board signed and. approved same in the amount CC D-I 1782.2I. City Zngineer, H. G. V;ray, filed the primary assessment roll for the grade curb and walk improvement on Ben:dix Drive from Crumstown Avenue to Lincoln Way Wiest - under improvement Resolution No.2408 In the above named assessment roll, the Board , hereby, orders that on the I4th. , day of July I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Ha11 at I0:00 A.
