Dilinute s of <br />m=<eting held June 2nd.. , I93I, read and approved. <br />'the Board 'approved the ' re newal ce rti fi ca to of the Bond- in 2� vor of I. in. <br />Staples in the amount of �'I,000.00 signed by the American ''urety Company of New York. <br />The Board approved the excavation bond in favor of Edmund L. Zimmerman signed <br />by Tv'ietropoli tan Casualty Insura nc e Company. <br />The Board approved the excavtion bond in favor of Charles R. Doran signed <br />by %`i-pryland Casualty Company. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted said plans to- <br />gether with the follaving Vacation Resolutions: <br />Vacation Resolution No . 2 440 . ;_' <br />Resolved by the Board of Public ,Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />That it is desirable to vacate the folloNing: <br />Alley west of lead e Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vaca tion: <br />Lots 61 to I20 in Vernon Heights Addition inclusive. <br />Vacation Resolution No.244I. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Worlts of the City of South Bend , Indiana, <br />That it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />Kaley Street from Elwood Avenue t o Keller Street . <br />The follaning property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vaca tion: <br />Lots 3I to 90 inclusive,in Vernon Heights Addition. <br />Vacation Resolu t ion No. 2442. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />That it is desirable to vacate the following: <br />Alley west of Kaley Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vacation: <br />Lots I to 60 inclusive in Vernon Heights Addition. <br />Vacation Resolution No.2443. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana , <br />That it is desirable to vacate the follming: <br />Bulla Street from T:ieade Street to Bendix Drive. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vaca tion <br />Lots 15, I6, 45 , 461 759 761, 105 and I06 in Vernon Heights Addition. <br />In all of the above naned vacation resolutions, theB Board hereby orders that <br />on the 30th . , day of June I9 3I , this Board will met in their office in the City Hall <br />at 10 :00 A. MI. , to by ar and re ce ive remonstrances f rom all persons whose property rMy <br />be affected by said vacations. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings <br />be published in the S out h Bend Tribune and I'Alirror on the I2th . , day of June and on the <br />I9th., day of June 1931, according to law. <br />City Engineer, H. C. 16'ray, filed plans and specifications and the Board <br />adopted said plans together v..rith the following Improvement resolution: <br />Improvement Resolution No. 2439 for the local sewer in Huron Street from <br />Arnold street to Webster Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board, hereby, orders that <br />on the 30th.9 day of June I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall. <br />at I0:00 A.
