Board met in regular session at 9 A. 1% meeting held May I9th. , I93I, read and. approved. All mmbers present. lvlinutes of Board approved the guarantee bond. of the Williston Construction Company for the invement of the alley west of Main Street from Washington Street to Ist., alley south of Washington Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2410, in the amount of $77.89 signed by Inland Bond ing Company. The Board approved the renewal certificate for the excavation bond in favor of Indiarn Bell Telephone Company in the amount of eI,000.00 signed by American Cure t- Compe ny. This being the date sets hearing was had on t+ae assessment roll for resurfacing of the alley wrest of Main Otreet from Washington Street to Ist., alley south of Washington Street under Improvement Resolution No.2410. the In the above named assessment roll, no r enons trators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises finds that the several lot s and p arce 1s of land have been benef ited in tie amounts shown on said assessrmnt roll. The Board, therefore; decides totake final action on said roll and declares sans in all things ratified, oonfrrmed and approved withcut modification and the procee�'ines closed. The Board now orders said assessment roll delivered to the Delm rtment of Finance. This being the date set, hearing was had on Va ca t ion Heso lu tion No.2434 for the vacation of a part of We=stmoor StYeet lying between Sheridan Avenue and the. west City Limits: (See files for copy of vacation resolution.) In the above named gacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, decides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without mod ification. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or roll shall also describe the property be ne- finially affected by such vacation, This being the date set, hearing was had on vacation resolution 1`�0.2436 for tl-e vacation Ob all alleys in b lokk b^und ed by Bendi x Drive , Nenwood Avenue, Ka ley Street and Linden Avenue. In the above named vacation :resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances wrere filed and. the Board, being fully advised in the premises, decides to take fina 1 action on said vacation resolution and declares same in all things j ratified, confizT.qed a.nd approved without modification.
