A petition was tiled with the Board for the opening cf Western Avenue from Michigan 6treet to Lincoln Way Bast and for the construction of grade, curb, walk, sewer and pavement and boulevard lights on said street. Claims amounting to $2,957.89 for various departments were signed and approved by the Board. Bay roll claims for various departments were signed and approved by the Board in the amount of �8,253,63, Meeting adjourned. at 12 o'clock noon. City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed the final estimate for the pavement of the alley west of M.in Street from Washington Avenue to Ist., alley south of Was'�ington Avenue and er Improve -Trent Resolution No.24I0.. The Board signed and a-womved same in the amount of 0778.9I. City Engineer, H. G. Wray4 submitted Partial estimate No.I for the grade curb and walk improvement on Bendix Drive from Crumstown Avenue to Lincoln Way West under Improvement Resolution No.2408. The Board signed and approved same in the .amount of ?I,5I4.87. City Engineer,. H. G. Wray, filed the primary assessment roll for t hB pavement of the alley vest of Main Street from Washington Street to the first alley south of Washington Street fftnder Improvement Resolution No.24I0. In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 26th day of May I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hal1 at I0:00 A. M. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said proceedings and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been 'or will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less sum than that shorn on said roll. The Board furtherorders t 1at notices be mailed to property onwers according to law. City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the Board adopted said plans and specifications tof-ether with the following improlvement res&lution No.2437: Improve Trent Resolut ion No.243 7 fbr the p WeVent of Ben di x Drive from a point ten (I0' ) feet north of the center line of Crums town Avenue to the southerly line of Lincoln Way West. (See files for copy of resolution.) In the above named improvement resolution, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 9th., day of June I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at I0:00 A. M-1., to hear and receive remo#ztrmces from all persons interested in or affect ed by said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement, will be equal to the esti- mated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer.
