Wray, filed the final estimate for the pavement of the <br />alley west of M.in Street from Washington Avenue to Ist., alley south of Was'�ington <br />Avenue and er Improve -Trent Resolution No.24I0.. The Board signed and a-womved same in <br />the amount of 0778.9I. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray4 submitted Partial estimate No.I for the grade <br />curb and walk improvement on Bendix Drive from Crumstown Avenue to Lincoln Way West <br />under Improvement Resolution No.2408. The Board signed and approved same in the .amount <br />of ?I,5I4.87. <br />City Engineer,. H. G. Wray, filed the primary assessment roll for t hB pavement <br />of the alley vest of Main Street from Washington Street to the first alley south of <br />Washington Street fftnder Improvement Resolution No.24I0. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the 26th <br />day of May I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hal1 at I0:00 A. M. <br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said <br />proceedings and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been 'or <br />will be benefited in the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less sum than <br />that shorn on said roll. The Board furtherorders t 1at notices be mailed to property <br />onwers according to law. <br />City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the <br />Board adopted said plans and specifications tof-ether with the following improlvement <br />res&lution No.2437: <br />Improve Trent Resolut ion No.243 7 fbr the p WeVent of Ben di x Drive from a point <br />ten (I0' ) feet north of the center line of Crums town Avenue to the southerly line of <br />Lincoln Way West. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, the Board, hereby, orders that on <br />the 9th., day of June I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at <br />I0:00 A. M-1., to hear and receive remo#ztrmces from all persons interested in or affect <br />ed by said improvement and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and <br />parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement, will be equal to the esti- <br />mated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer.
