<br />ment the Board authorized hazel A. Turner, Clerk of the Board of Public �'vorks, to issue
<br />a check in the amountof Y?76.20, made pay%` ble to D. J.. Campbell, County Treasurer and
<br />to deposit same with said County Treasurer for the Air Port Fund , and thereby, close
<br />!'
<br />the Air Port revolving Fund account at the Citizens National Bank, South bend, Indiana.

<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, the Clerk of the Board submitted
<br />-roof of service of notices as heretofore ordered and sam were found sufficient. No
<br />remonstrators appeared and no ,TT tt-n remonstrances were filed and the .Board, being
<br />fully advised. in the premises, finds that the sever-1 lots and parcels of land have been
<br />benefited dnd damaged in the amounts shown on said rolls. The Board , therefore, decides
<br />to take final action on said assessment rolls and declares same in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and. approved and the streets and alleys vacated and ell proceedings had

<br />with reference to said vacations are hereby sustained and the proceedings closed.
