Baker & Daniels Billing Rates (2010): <br />• Senior Land Use Consultant $250 <br />Professional fees and expenses will be billed monthly for work completed. The City will have 45 days to pay <br />invoices. <br />This agreement may be terminated by either party 15 days after written notice.
