Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted said plans to- gether with the follcuing Condemnation Resolution l\?o.24I2: i) Copy of Condemnation Resolution No.2412. Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That the follcffing describedproperty be appropriated for the use of said City: i Huron Street (relocation) from '"ebster Street , east, more particularly describ led as follcus, to -grit: Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 27 in V1. F. Wilson's subdivision of the south part of B. P. L. 94 in 2nd., Plat, thence east aloT.g the north line of sa c lot 27, dtd-being the south line of Huron Street, to the northeast corner of said lot • 27 , the nee south along the eas t line of s ai d. lot 27 a. d.; stance of seve n feet (7' ) to a point, thence s otthwes to rly in a straight line to a point in the west line of said. lot 27, distant twenty-six and thirty-three one- hundredths feet (26.33) south of the ,northeast corner of said. to 27, thence north along the said_ west line of lot 27, twenty six and thirty-three one hund Yedths feet (26.33' ) to the p len ce of beginning.
