<br />In the above named condemnation resolutionro.2409, no remonstr,-tors appeared an
<br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, after hey -ring all persons interested
<br />in said resolution and being fall- advised_ in the ratter, decides to take final action
<br />on said. condemnationresol.ution and declares same in all thinF-s rrtified, confirmed and
<br />approved. The Board now orders tI-:at a list or roll be prepared. of all owners and hold-
<br />ers of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or
<br />roll shall also describe the property beneficial ll- affected by spud condemnation.
<br />Upon the re commendati on of ''m. F. dui-lls, t I.e Board approved the installation
<br />of a 1000 lumen light of Foster `�tre et between Peashway and Poka gon Street at a cost
<br />of y 3 0.00 per year.
