(Pee files for copy of resolution.) <br />In ihe above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrance- was filed and the Board. after hearing all persons interested in said im- <br />nro-yement and beinp fallyr advised in the -premises, decides to take final act(bon on said <br />improvement resolution and declares s,-irie in all things r,-tified, confirmed and approved <br />without modification. <br />The Board noel orders that on tleISth. day of November 1930, this Board ill receive <br />open and read sealed proposals for the construction of said. improvement up to 10:00 A. <br />11. Tof said roll $112.5 <br />This amount of <br />8TT2.52 represents --. reduction in the total amount of curb which property owners conten <br />ed eras not constructed. With this modification, rlL ich is shown in red on the assessment <br />roll, the Board finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in <br />the amounts shown on said. roll, and therefore the Board decides to take final action on <br />said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />as moe.-ified and the proceedings closed.
