Smogor <br />absent. <br />Due to a lack of quorum, no business could. be transacted and all business <br />scheduled for this date will be taken ire of Wednesday Evening, November 5th. , I93031 <br />at 7-I5 P. October 28tb., and 29 th. , 1930 , read a.nd. approved. <br />Edgell inet�e mou�i�'rS�e"I,b�F88?wal certificate for the bond. in favor of Albert B. <br />This being the date set, h e^r ing via. s had on Improve rant h es olutio n No . 240 2 for <br />the pavement of the alley west of Michigan Street from Marion Street. to Ist., alley <br />north of sari on Street. ( See fi 1 es f or co py o f r esolut i on. ) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared but no written <br />remon ,tr^ nc e was filed. 't r. Edwin Somn rer, attorney for the German Turner Hall. Corp., <br />remonstrated, against the utility of this improvement. After hearing all persons inter- <br />ested in said resolution and being fully advised. in the premises, the Board decides to <br />take finaal action on said resolution and rescinds all former action taken on same and <br />declares same null and void and the proceedings closed. <br />This being the dote set, hearing was had on Vacs tion Resolution N0.2404 for the <br />Vacttion of the first alley north of Lincoln Way 1liest between Adams Street and the Ist. <br />alley east of Adams. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named vacation resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed and the Boerd, being fully advised in the premises, takes final <br />action on said vacation resolution and declares sam in all things ratified, confirmed <br />and approved. <br />The Board noT, orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of <br />property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken. "jhich list or roll shall <br />also describe the property benef icially a ffected by such va ca.tion. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation ResoldUon No.2403 for the <br />vacation of 1st. , alley east of Lee -per Avenue from 1-forth Shore -urive to Leeper Avenue. <br />(See files for copy of resolution. ) <br />In the above naned vacation res1lution, no remonstrators appeared and no written <br />remonstrances were filed and the Board, being Rally advised in the premises, decides to <br />take finel action on said vacation resolution, and declares same in all things re t ified, 1 <br />confirmed and approved. <br />The Board now orders th at a list cr roll be prepared of all owners and holders <br />of pmlerty and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken, which list or roll shall <br />also describe the property beneficially affected by such vacation. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the va ce tion of the alley west of <br />Riverside Drive. frok I_Lud son Avenue to the north line of the alley north of Nuds on Avenue <br />under vacation Resolution lto.2405. <br />In the above named vacation resolution, the Loard decides to continue hearing <br />until Tuesday, Tovember IIth. , I930, at I0:00 A.
