<br />terms of the contract between the City and Gross Construction Company, contractors,

<br />amount of $3,877.27,

<br />pavement improvement on Cedar Street from west line of Arthur Street to Sunnyside Ave-
<br />nue in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Rieth Riley Con-
<br />struction Company, contractors, under Improvement Resolution No.2370. The Board signed
<br />j and approved same in the amount of $5,4I5.86.
<br />The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for the Northwest Trunk
<br />Sewer for certain property as petitioned for Albert & Ida Horne and the Colpaert Realty
<br />Company, as shown on schedule suhmit ted by City Engineer.
<br />The Board approved the redistribution of assessments for the local sewer
<br />improvement in Kenmore and Sample Streets as petitioned for by Albert and Ida Horn; and
<br />Bales and Hass and Roach Appleton Co.,, all as shown on schedule submitted by City
<br />Engineer, H. G. Wray,.
