<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resolu-
<br />Improovement Resolution No.2385 for the pavement of the alley south of Fox Street
<br />from High Street to Ist. , alley east of Nigh Street.
<br />Improvement Resolution No. 2386 for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />!Carroll Street from Fairview Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue.

<br />Improvement Resolution No.2387 for ti-B grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />South one half of Donmoyer Avenue from Fellows Street to Nigh Street.
<br />Improvement Resolution No.2388 for the grade, curb and walk improvement on
<br />west one half od Fellcws Street from Irvington Avenue to Donmoyer Avenue.
<br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions , remonstrators appeared but no
<br />written remonstrances were filed and. the Boa. rd, being fully advised in the premises,
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots an(' parcels of land liable to be assessed
<br />for said improvements will be equal to the estim,:,� ted costs of same as reported by the
<br />City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to over rule the mmonstrretors and
<br />(declares said improvement resolutions in things
<br />all ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />1,1 wi.thout modification.
<br />In all of t he above named improvement re solut ions, the Bce rd h ereby, orders that
<br />on the I6th . , day of Septembe r 1930 , this Board wi 11 re ceive , open:, and read sealed
<br />proposals for the constrition of, said improvements up to I0:00 A. M. The Board further
<br />orders that notices of said proposals shall be published on the 5th. , day of September j
<br />and on the 12th.lday of September 1930, in the South Bend Triune and Yirror according
<br />to law.

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and, a: written
<br />remonstrzanee was filed and the Board, being folly advised in the promises,. decides to
<br />loverrule said remonstrance and finds that the benefits to the several lots and na.rcels
<br />lof land liable to bia assessed for said impr®vement will be equal to the estimated cost
<br />,of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take final
<br />action on said impmvement resolution and declares sane in all things ratified,, confirm-
<br />ed anal approved wi fhout mod if ication. The Board now ozders that said written remonstranc
<br />be delivered to the City Engineer for check as to resident property cwners, The Board
<br />1further orders that sealed proposals will be received for the -construction of said im-
<br />';provement up to I0:00 A. hr., of the I6th . , day of September I930. The Board farther
<br />orders that notices cf said proposals shall be published on the 5th. , day of September

<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared but no written
<br />. dremonstra.nce was filed and the Board after heering all persons interested in said im-
<br />'provercent decides t•o rescind all forimr action taken on said resolution and declares
<br />!same null and void and the proceedings closed.
