<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises and after hear
<br />inp all persons interested in said improvement, finds that the benefits to the several
<br />lots and parcels of 1p nd liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal to the
<br />estimate(-. cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Beard, therefore, takes
<br />final action on said improvement resolution and declares same in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approved. The Board now orders said written remonstrance delivered to
<br />the City Engineer for final check as to resident property owners.

<br />of August 1930, as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions for a change
