<br />Minutes of meetings held July 22nd., and. July 23rd., 1930, read and. approved.
<br />The Board. approved the fblloni ng Guarantee Bonds:
<br />Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer, Inc., for the pavement of
<br />the alley west of Riverside Drive from St. Joseph Street to Navarre Street under Impr
<br />ment Resolution No.2349 in the amount of $I53.66, signed by Southern Surety Co.
<br />Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer, Inc. , for the -o avement o f
<br />the alley vast cf Scott Street from Dubail Avenue to Calvert Street under 'Improvement
<br />resolution No.2350, in the amount of $234.99 , signed by Southern Surety Company.
<br />Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer, Inc. , for the pavement of
<br />the alley rest cif T2yTor Street from Lasalle Avenue to Ist ., alley north of LaSalle
<br />Avenue under, Improvenent Resolution Ivo.2352,) signed by Southern surety Company.
<br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the grade,
<br />curb and walk improvement on Sorin street from east line of Madison Park Addition to
<br />Twyckenham Drive under Imp roveme nt resolution No . 2327.
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstretors appeared a.
<br />no written -remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and- parcels of land are equal to the amoun
<br />shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final .action on
<br />said assdssmnt roll, and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and approved
<br />Without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment
<br />roll delivered to the Department .of Finance.
<br />This being the de to set, hearing was had on Veca tion Resoluti
<br />No.238I for the vacation of 1�!umboldt Street from the west line of i)ia�nd Avenue to
<br />the east line of the C. I. & S. R. R.' (See files for copy of resolution.)
<br />In the above ramed vacation resolution, no remonstrators appear-
<br />ed and no written remonstrances were filed, and the Board Ding fully advised in the
<br />premises, decides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same
<br />in all things ra tified, confirmed and approved. The Board nor orders that a list or
<br />roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and. of valuable interests there-
<br />in sought to '�e taken, which list or roll shall also describe the property benefieiall$
<br />affected by said vacation.
<br />City -6ngineer, E. G. Wray, submitted a schedule of redistribu-
<br />tion of assessments for river Park sewer y3 for Lot 94, Original plat -diver, Park, owned
<br />by .Anna L. & Fink D. Ka
<br />ley and R. S. Johnston. The Board approved same in, the amounts
<br />shown on said schedule.
