Smogor absent.. <br />Minutes of meetings held July 22nd., and July 23rd., I930,read and. approved. <br />The Eoa rd approved the fbllcui ng Guarantee Bonds: <br />Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer, Inc., for the pavement of <br />the alley west of Riverside Drive from St. Joseph Street to Navarre Street under Impr <br />ment Resolution No.2349 in the anount of $I53.66, signed by Southern Surety Co. <br />Guarantee Bond of Frame are_ Zimmer, Inc. , for the xo avement of <br />the alley west cf Scott Street from Dubail Avenue to C2lvert Street under 'Improvement <br />resolution No.2350, in the amount of $234.99 , signed by southern Surety Company. <br />Guarantee Bond of Frame and Zimmer Inc. , for the pavement of <br />the alley west cif' Taylor Street from Lasalle Avenue to Ist ., alley north of LaSalle <br />Avenue under. Improvement Resolution No.235I.) signed by Southern surety Company. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the grade, <br />curb and walk improvement on sorin 'street from east line of Madison Park Addition to <br />Twyckenham Drive under Improvement Eeso lu ti on No . 2327. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared a <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being full-v advised in the premises <br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and- parcels of land are equal to the amoun <br />shown on seid assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final .action on <br />said assessment roll, and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and approved <br />Without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment <br />roll delivered to the Department .of Finance. <br />This being the d to set, heering was had on Vasa tion Resoluti <br />No.238I for the vacation of humboldt Street from the west line of lliamond Avenue to <br />the east line of the C. I- & S. R. R.' ( See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above ramed vacation resolution, no remonstrators appear- <br />ed and no written remonstrances were filed, and the Board being fully advised in the <br />premises, decides to take final action on said vacation resolution and declares same <br />in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that a list or <br />roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and- of valuable interests there- <br />in sought to 'le taken, which list or roll shall also describe the property benefieialll <br />affecteC: by said vacation. <br />Ci V Engineer, El. G. Dray, submitted a schedule of redistribu- <br />tion of assessments for river Park hewer M for Lot 94, Original Plat River- park ovined' <br />by Anna L. & Frank D. Kaley and R. S. Johnston.
