<br />Street from Division Otreet to alley south of Division Street under Vacation Resolution
<br />No.2324.
<br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and
<br />no written remonstrances were filed., and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
<br />finds that the several: lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in
<br />the anounts shorn on said assessmnt roll. The Board,, therefore, dedddes to take final
<br />action on said assessment rolls and. declares same in all things ratified, confirmed
<br />and approved and the alleys vacated and the proceedings closed.
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Vacation resolution No.2375 for the
<br />•
<br />vacation of the alley between 23rd. , and 25th . , Streets from Kerslake Court to the
<br />t. Jos ep h River. ( See f i le s f or copy of re s olut io n. )
<br />In the above named veLcaticn resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />rEmonstrence s we re filed and the Board, being fully advised in the prerAises d eci des
<br />to take final action on said resolution and declares sere in all: things rPt ified, con-
<br />j firrmd and_ approved. The Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all
<br />owners and holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken
<br />which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected by such va-
<br />cation.

<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement resolution N0.2377 for
<br />the grading of Johnson street from south side of Pershing street to Vvilson Street.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, no romonstrators appeared and no
<br />written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises
<br />11 finds that the venefits to the several lots and parcels af land liable to be assessed
<br />i; for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as filed by the City
<br />Engineer.. The Board, trerefcre, decides to take final action on said improvement
<br />resolution No.2377 and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
<br />The Board now Wets that on the .29 th . , day of July 1930, this Board will receive
<br />il oven and read sealed proposals for the construction of said improvement up to I0:00

<br />The Board approved the Guarantee Bond �� of I. . Staples for the local sewer in
<br />Huey Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street under Improvement Resolution N0.2330,
<br />in the amount of 2I7.90 signed by National bu._rety Co.
<br />This being the date set, he ar ing was had on Improvement Resolution No,2376 for
<br />the construction sidewalk improvement on the south side of Indiana Avenue from Brook-
<br />I field Street to Olive Street. (See files for copy of resolution.
<br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and a written
<br />remonstrance was filed against the construction of said walk from VVarren Street to
<br />• i Olive Street. Property owners were present asking: that the ffimprovement be made without
<br />airy modification, and the Board, ter hearing all persons interested in said improve-
<br />went, d ec ides to continue hearing until Tuesday, July I5th. , I930 , at I0:00 A. IR.
