A19 Tuesday, July 8th., 1930. <br />The Board approved. a drive way plan for a. f 3_lling st'at ion. <br />at the corner of LaSalle Avenue and William Street. <br />The Board approved a drive way plan for filling station at <br />the -corner of Indiana Avenue and Magnolia Street. <br />Claims in the amount of $8,732,12 for pay rolls in various <br />departments were si gne d. and approved by the Board. <br />A claim in the. amount of $6.85 filed against the street <br />department by E. The Board, there fore., takes final action <br />on said assessment lulls and declares sane in all things ratified, confirmed and appro, <br />ed and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered <br />{ to the department of finance. <br />This being, the date set, heari g was had on the assessment roll <br />for the pipe sewer in Ewing A-veaue under ImprovemEnt resolution No.2244. <br />In ttie above named assessment roll, Clarence E. Perkins owner <br />of five lots, appeared and remonstrated against his assessments on said lots for said <br />improvement. After hearing all persons interested in said improvement and no wrttten <br />remonstrances be ing filed, the Board decides to continue hearing until 'Tuesday, July <br />I5th . , 1930 , at I0 : 00 A.
