(See files for copy cf resolution.) <br />Imimovement Resolution No.2373 for the pavement of Melkns Court from Oak <br />Street to Lincoln Way pest. ( See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders <br />that on. the ISth., day of June I930,. this Board will meet in their office in the City <br />Nall at 7-I5 P. 11,. , to hear and ieceive remonstrances from all persons interested in <br />or affected by said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several <br />lots andp@rcels of land liable to be assessed for said impivverants will be equal to <br />the estimated costs'of same as reported by the City Engineer. `'L e Board further orders <br />that notices of said hearings shall be published on the 30th., day of Iday and on the <br />6th. , day of June I930 ,. in the South Bend Tribune and Mirror according to law and that <br />notices be mailed to property owners according to law. <br />No petitions having, been filed f or a change in the type f pavement other <br />than that specified in the p re�iminary order for the pavement of . ( a 3 foot <br />strip on each side of the County pavement) fran North curb line of South Bend Avenue to <br />City Limits under Improvement -hesolution No.2342, the Boerd this 27th.9 day of May 1930 <br />hereby makes a final. order for concrete pavement as the type of pavement with which said <br />street shall.be improved and awards the contract for said improvement to Gross Construct <br />Company at their low bid of $6,107.02 for concrete 7bavement. <br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of pavement other <br />than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of Greenlawn Avenue from <br />Mishawaka Avenue to Sunnymede Avenue under improvement Resolution No.2265, the Board <br />this 27th. , day of May 1930, hereby makes a final order for sheet asphalt pavement as <br />the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and. awards the contract <br />far saidimprovement to Albert Construction Company, at their low bid CC 025,384.85 for <br />sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement. <br />City %pineer, F. G.
