Tuesday, February 4th., I93-0. HE Vacation Resolution No.2324. Peso lVed by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,; Indiana, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Alley crest of Brookfield Street from Division 6treet to the first alley south of Division street. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacation: Lots 143 in Summit Place Ist. , Addition and Lot 169 in Z"Jammit Place 2nd. , • Addition. Vacs ti on. Street from High Street to Studebaker Perk, • more particularly described as the alley between lot 208 Third Plat of South east Addi- tion and lots 126 and 127 in Oak Park 4tiz. , Addition. '� The following property may be injuriouslyor beneficially affeeter by such vac, Lion: South forty feet (401) of lot 208 Third Plat of South East Addition, All of 'lots 126 and 127 in Oak Park 4th. Addition; also, beginning on the south line of Bo4mman Street and the west line of Third Plat of Southeast Addition, thence West 165 feet, thence south 270 feet, thence east 165.feet, thence north 270 feet to beginning. In all of the above named vacation resolutions, the Board hereby, orders. i that on the 25th. , cay of February I930, this Board gill meet in their office in the City Hall at 1.0:00 A. tom•, to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose �j property may be affected. by such vacations. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published in the South Bend Tribune and in the Ylirror, on the 7th., day of February and on the I4th., day of February 1930, according to law. �l The Board approved t13 Warranty Deed for a pa. reel of land by the Grand Trunk Western Railway Company as follows: WARRANTY DEED. This indenture-witnesseth, That: Grand Trunk Western -Railroad Company and Grand Trunk Western Railway Company, corporations organized and existing under the laves of the States of Indiana and Michigan, Convey and warrant to City of.South Bend St. Joseph County, Indiana, for and in consideration of the aim of one dollar ( I.001 the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged , the following described real estate in St. Joseph County, 5tat e of Indiana, to -wit: Apart of Lot lettered "B" in Rachael Gallaghers Addition to the City of j South.
