<br />The Board approved the recomrr_end.ations of Mn.. F. Qualls, for the installation
<br />of lights at the following locations:
<br />I000 lumen light ate. Stanfield Street between Angela Avenue and Pokagon Street.
<br />4000 lumen light at the intersection of Notre' Deme Avenue and Cedar Street.
<br />4000 lumen light at the intersection of Kaley Street and Humboldt Street.
<br />This being the date set, heering was had on the assessment roll for the pave-
<br />ment and sewer improvements on streets in Westchester Ist. , and 2nd. , Units under Impro-
<br />vement resolutions numbered 2286, 2287, 2294*and 2295..
<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcel§ of lane' b--ve-been benefited in the amounts shown on said
<br />assessment roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said roll and declares
<br />same in all things ratified confirred and approved without modification and the pro-
<br />ceedings closed. The Board nour orders said assessment. roll delivered to the department
<br />of Finance.
<br />• This being the date set, hearing was hadon the assessment roll for the sewers
<br />in Sample Street, V@rmont Place and Revere Place under Improvement Resolution No,23I3

<br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, f inds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said
<br />roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said roll and declares same in all
<br />things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed.
<br />The Board now orders said assessment- roll delivered to the Department of Finance.

<br />Elevation work in -the amount of PTO ,275.09 and the Board hereby orders City Controller

<br />The Board approved a claim of the Grand Tzunk `ffestern lailway System for Track
<br />Removal work in the amount of $6,560.25 and the Board hereby orders City Controller to
<br />spay sere out of the Track Removal Fund,
<br />The Board approved the following recommendation of 4�:tt. F. Qualls, with referent
<br />to petition filed by the Indiana and Michigan Electric Company for relocating of poles
<br />in the section of the City north of Lincoln Way West mat between Wilber and Taylor Sts. ,
