T,-Meyer in the amount of $I,000.00 signed by Mlassachueetts Bonding and, <br />Insurence Company. <br />The Board approved the renewl certifica-te for the excavation 'pond in favor <br />of the clay -Weaver Construction 'o., signed by the American Surety Company of New York. <br />City Engineer, h. G. Fray, submitted Partial estimate Ro.2 for the grading <br />of the alley south_ of llo_na ld Street from Robinson Street to Semp son street, in accord- <br />ance with the terms of tYB contract between the City and Eston Ball, contractor, under <br />Improvement Resolution'o.2280.
