<br />The Board approved the continuation certificate for the excavation bond
<br />of Albert B. E#gell in tT e amount of I,000.00 signed by American Surety Co
<br />The Board signed the continuation certificate for the excavation bond of
<br />Emil Spromberg in t-e amount of I,000.00 signed by the Metropolitan Csualty Insurance

<br />The Board approved the following C=uarantee Bonds:

<br />Wilber Street from Lincoln Way Vest to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.
<br />2253, signed by Inland Bonding Company in the amount of 43,242.28.

<br />Elmer Street From -Lincoln 'way West to Elwood Avenue under.Improvement Resolution Po.
<br />2230, signed by Inland Bonding Company in the amount of $2,335.50.

<br />City Engineer, N. G. Wray.,. submitted partial estimate wo.2 for the sewer,
<br />grade, curb, walk and heavy traffic sheet asphalt pavement on Iowa, Lake, Sheridan, and
<br />Prast Streets and easement I32 feet south of the south line of Crumstown Avenue in
<br />accordance with' the terms of the contract between the City and the Williston Construetl
<br />tion Company under Improvement Resolution no.2294. The Board signed and approved same,,
<br />in the amount of ;:p45, 757.2I.
<br />The Board approved the following Final Estimates:
<br />Final Estimate for the heavy traffic concrete pavement on r'remox.t Street
<br />from Lincoln way West to Humboldt Street under Improvement Resolution No.2259, in
<br />accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Albert Construction
<br />Co., in the amount of $5,753.84.
<br />Final Estimate for the light traffic sheet asphalt pavement on Lebanon
<br />Street from Broadway to Indiana Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2268, in
<br />acco_rd�nce with the terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction
<br />Company, in the amount of �4,292.70.
<br />Final Estimate for the heavy traffic sheet asphalt pavement on Monroe Street'.
<br />from Olive Street to Kaley Street -under Improvement Resolution, in accordance with the
<br />terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Company, in the

<br />on the 20th. , "ey of November I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City
<br />hall at 7-15 P. Zvi., to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lots and
<br />parcels of land heve been or will be. benefited in the amounts named on said assessment
<br />tolls or in a greater or less sum than that named on said rolls. The Board further
<br />orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the I6th. , day of November
