5-06 <br />71ednesday, September 25th. , 1929. <br />Board met in regular 'session at 7-I5 P. 1f. All members present. <br />City Aigineer, H. IT. 4Tray, filed plans, specifications and estimate and <br />the Board adopted said plans and specifications together ;with the following Improvement <br />Resolution: <br />Improvement Resolution No.2.305 for the sewer improvement on Falcon Street,', <br />Kenmore Street and "1ellington Street from fiestmoor Street to Crumstoswn Avenue; Illinois <br />Street from *estmoor Street to'Prast Boulevard; Prast Boulevard from Falcon Street to <br />Sheridan Avenue; 'Yestmoor Street from Sheridan Avenue t,o west City limits; Crumstbwn <br />Avenue from "Iellington Street to Illinois Street; 'easement south of Crumstown Avenue <br />from Falcon :Itr=yet to 'r'Tellington Street. (See files for dopy of resolution.) <br />In th e ab ov e named improvement Resolution, property owners waived all <br />objections on and in defense to any defect in -said proceedings and to any violation in <br />procedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. - "Thereupon• the <br />Board, received, opened and read the following proposals -for the construction of said <br />improvement: <br />Williston <br />C ons t. Barn es <br />concrete walk .I5 <br />concrete curb .39 <br />The above bid -handed to Cit.- Engineer for tabulation. <br />This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment <br />roil for the pavement- on Sample Street from the west' line of Clive Street to the IVtest <br />line of "IT. J. I. 1. I. R. R. , under Improvement Resolution ',To.2I44. <br />In the abo=re named assessment roll, the 7ew Yor'_c Central, Railroad withdrew <br />the written remonstrance filed against their 'assessment for said improvement and' the <br />Board, rafter hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll, rinds -that ,t.he <br />x�x�xx�x� xxxxxxxxxxxxx==xxxxxxxx <br />several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been J. <br />benefited in the amounts shoim on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action <br />on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, <br />and the proceedings .closed. The Board nov,•! orders said assessment roll delivered to the <br />Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearings '!ere had on the following assessment <br />rolls: <br />Assessment _roll for the local sewer in Johnson street from Bulla Street <br />to ..'Keller street Zander Improvement Resolution Yo.2240. <br />Assessment roll -for the pavement on Bendix Drive from Linden Avenue to <br />Bertrand Street under Improvement Resolution' No.227I. <br />Assessment roll for the sideway, improvement on LaSalle Avenue from <br />Yalsh Street to 'eddy Street .ender Improvement Resolution 17To.2248. <br />A AXM x c� xx a®c x�l xa xa <br />xaci-nx*sxxM FA DINXMak XiM!93=YXXxxxx <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstr.-.nces ;!ere filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of, land have been benefited in the amounts <br />shown on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, ta-ces final action on said assess <br />ment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed ,and an <br />proved.The Board <br />now orders said assessment rolls delivered `bo the Department of Finance. <br />This being the date set, he -.ring was had on the assessment roll for the <br />grade, curb acid walk improve -^Ent on Grant Street from [as'_zington Avenue to ?`erry Avenue <br />under Improvement '.Resolution T?o.2250. . <br />In the above name? assessment roll, D. D. Nemeth, attorney, was present <br />remonstrating against the assessments against Lots I and 34 in Arnolds Ist. ,, Addition. <br />After hearing all rersons interested in said roll and being fully advised in the premise <br />the '3oard finds that an error was made on the amount of grading done on said street <br />and hereby orders the 77zigineer to correct said error, relucing the assessments on the <br />lots in proportion.
