5-06 71ednesday, September 25th. , 1929. Board met in regular 'session at 7-I5 P. 1f. All members present. City Aigineer, H. IT. 4Tray, filed plans, specifications and estimate and the Board adopted said plans and specifications together ;with the following Improvement Resolution: Improvement Resolution No.2.305 for the sewer improvement on Falcon Street,', Kenmore Street and "1ellington Street from fiestmoor Street to Crumstoswn Avenue; Illinois Street from *estmoor Street to'Prast Boulevard; Prast Boulevard from Falcon Street to Sheridan Avenue; 'Yestmoor Street from Sheridan Avenue t,o west City limits; Crumstbwn Avenue from "Iellington Street to Illinois Street; 'easement south of Crumstown Avenue from Falcon :Itr=yet to 'r'Tellington Street. (See files for dopy of resolution.) In th e ab ov e named improvement Resolution, property owners waived all objections on and in defense to any defect in -said proceedings and to any violation in procedure for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. - "Thereupon• the Board, received, opened and read the following proposals -for the construction of said improvement: Williston C ons t. The following sealed proposal for the sidewalk and curb improvement on Washer Avenue from r.Tichigan Street to xin Street under improvement Resolution 7 .2303: -1.. N. Barn es concrete walk .I5 concrete curb .39 The above bid -handed to Cit.- Engineer for tabulation. This being the date set, continued hearing was had on the assessment roil for the pavement- on Sample Street from the west' line of Clive Street to the IVtest line of "IT. J. I. 1. I. R. R. , under Improvement Resolution ',To.2I44. In the abo=re named assessment roll, the 7ew Yor'_c Central, Railroad withdrew the written remonstrance filed against their 'assessment for said improvement and' the Board, rafter hearing all persons interested in said assessment roll, rinds -that ,t.he x�x�xx�x� xxxxxxxxxxxxx==xxxxxxxx several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said improvement have been J. benefited in the amounts shoim on said roll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and the proceedings .closed. The Board nov,•! orders said assessment roll delivered to the Department of Finance. This being the date set, hearings '!ere had on the following assessment rolls: Assessment _roll for the local sewer in Johnson street from Bulla Street to ..'Keller street Zander Improvement Resolution Yo.2240. Assessment roll -for the pavement on Bendix Drive from Linden Avenue to Bertrand Street under Improvement Resolution' No.227I. Assessment roll for the sideway, improvement on LaSalle Avenue from Yalsh Street to 'eddy Street .ender Improvement Resolution 17To.2248. The Board, therefore, ta-ces final action on said assess ment rolls and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed ,and an proved.The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered `bo the Department of Finance. In the above name? assessment roll, D. D. Nemeth, attorney, was present remonstrating against the assessments against Lots I and 34 in Arnolds Ist. ,, Addition. After hearing all rersons interested in said roll and being fully advised in the premise the '3oard finds that an error was made on the amount of grading done on said street and hereby orders the 77zigineer to correct said error, relucing the assessments on the lots in proportion.
