The Board signed and approved same in the a -bunt of I,089.05. The Board approved the copy of contract submitted by City Engineer H. G. ,"Tray, for the pavement improvement on Bendix Drive from the south line of Division Street to the north line of Sample Street, in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and the Albert Construction Company, contractors, under'! Improvement Resolution No.2f29 in the amount of $29,395.35. City Engineer, 7. G. 'Vray, submitted the following report on the remonstrance against the pavement of Kendall Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2274: Board of public 7orks, South Send, Indiana. Gen t1 emen: With return of attached remonstrance against the improvement of Kendall Street, resolution �Io.2274, I submit the following report: There are 22 resident freeholders, 7 of whom have properly signed the remonstrance.
