The Board signed the contract with Albert Construct ion �o. , for the pavement on `onroe treet from Clive to -Cal ey under Improvement Resolution No.2270 in the amount of -1I09570.17. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50� of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. • The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company .for the pave- ment improvement on Grace "treet from Olive 'Street to Tuley street under Improvement Resolution ITo.2264 in the amount of tIO,052.95. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. U 0 The Board signed the contract with 'Williston Construction Company for the grade, curb, walk and paver ent on the south 30' of Crumstown Avenue from East line of Westchester Ist. , Unit to a point I27 feet west of the west line of Lake 6treet under improvement Resolution No.2295 in the amount of .$9,050.63. The Board also approved the construction bond of sar;e for 50 o of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co. The Board signed the contract with 17illiston Construction Company for the pavement improvement on the east half of Twentieth Street from South line of Lot 80 Christman Place Addition to N. Line of Jefferson Blvd., under Improvement Resolution No. 2263 in the amount of 11, 293.90. The Board also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Company for the grade, curb, walk, se-,rer and pave- exit improvement on Iowa, Lace, Sheridan, Prast and Easement Streets all in "estchester Rnd., Unit under Improvement Resolution No.2294 in the amount of 389,6I3.M. The Board also approved the construction bond of sage for 50�, of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. City ngineer, IT. G. Sray, submitted the following partial estikates: Partial estimate No. I for the Grade, curb and walk improvement on the south side of LaSalle Avenue from eatit curb line of Eddy Street to the west line of Lot 33 in KuhnAs Ist., Sunnyside Sub -Div., in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Eston Ball Contractor under Improvement Resolution No.2248. The Board signe and approved same in the amount of '458.80. Partial estimate No.I for the wade, curb and walk improvement on Grant Street from the south curb line of Washington Avenue to the south line of Merry Avenue in accordance with the terms of the contract between the City and Eston Ball, contractor, under Improvement Resolution No.2250. The Board signed and approved same in the amount City Engineer, H. G. ?'Tray, gave the following report on the petition filed for a change in the type of pavement for the improvement of Lebanon Street under Impro ment Resolution No.2268:
