This agreement shall constitute an indeterminate permit <br />under and pursuant to,the terms afd provisions of the Public Service Commission Law of <br />the State of Indiana, and in the event of the repeal of saidlaw this agreement shall <br />extend for and during the term of twenty five years and from and afeter the date that <br />the repeal thereof becomes effective. <br />Sectinn 6. Y., at the offices and meeting place of said <br />Board of Public "corks in the City Mall in said City of youth Bend, at which time and <br />place a public hearing shall be had and any taxpayer in said city may appear and file <br />protest against any and all of the provisions of said contract. <br />Be it further resolved that Chicago-,. South '. hore and South Bend <br />Railroad shall, at its own expense, cause full and complete test of said contract to <br />be published as required by law with notice of the time and place of said hearing in <br />South Bend Tribune and South Bend News Times being two daily newspapers of general <br />circulation, printed in the ynglish language, in said St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />Said Chicago, South Shore and uouth Bend Railroad -shall likewise post copies of said <br />contract and notice of the time and place of said hearing in ten public .places in said <br />City &f South Bend, <br />adopted this 3rd. , day of September 1929. <br />W W. G. gray, filed the primary assessment roll for <br />the pavement of the alley south of Division Street from Scott Street to Chabin Street <br />under Improvement Resolution 17o.2257. <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that <br />on the IIth. , day of September 1929, this Board will meet in their office in the City <br />Hall at 7-I5 P. Y4 , to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property <br />has been assessed for said improvement and will decide whether the several lots and <br />parvels of land have been or will be benefited in the amounts named on said roll.
