<br />Resolution No.2285, the Board this 27th., day of August 1929, hereby awards the contract
<br />for said improvement to Rocco Simeri at his low bid of $I2,653.40.
<br />Bids having been receiv2d for the sewer and pavement improvement on Nancy
<br />Frederickson, Prast Blvd., Hartzer treet, Bonds -A ,enue and Greene Street, under Improve
<br />ment Resolution No.2286, the Board this 27tY ., day of August I929, hereby, awards the
<br />contract for said improvement to 041liston onstruction %mpany at their low b-id of
<br />)87,I3I.56, for sheet asbhalt heavy traffic -pavement.
<br />Bids having been received for the sewer and pavement improvement on Westmoor
<br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.2287, the Board this 27th., day of A1a.gust, I929,
<br />hereby,' awards the contract for said improvement to Milliston Construction Company at
<br />their low bid of $72,960.25 for sheet asphalt heavy traffic pavement.
<br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and _read for the pavement
<br />:,:of the Ist. , alley north of Colfax avenue from Esther 6treet to Greenlawn Avenue under
<br />;;Improvement Resolution No.2258. Bids are as follows:

<br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following Vacation Resolu
<br />tions:
<br />Vacation Resolution No.2277 for the Vacation of the alley south of Pleasant
<br />Street from 26th. , Street to the east line of t'Ze alley west of 26th., Street.
<br />Vacation Resolution No.2276 for the Vacation of the alley eawt of Sunnyside
<br />Avenue from Sorin 6treet to the north line of alley south of Corin Street.
<br />In both of the above named vacation resolutions, no remostrators :appeared
<br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, .therefore, decides to take final
