<br />Improvement Resolution No.2268 for the pavement of Lebanon Street
<br />Broadway to Indiana Avenue.

<br />from Lincoln =day East to wing avenue.

<br />Avenue to Fell-vr Street under Improvement Resolution No.2223. i
<br />In both of the above named assessment rolls, the Hoard hereby orders that
<br />on the 28th. , day of August, I929, this Board will meet in their office in the City ,'
<br />Hall at 7-I5 P. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property
<br />has been assessed for said improvements and will decide whether the several lot -sand
<br />parcels of land have been or will be benefited in the amountssnamed on said assessment]
<br />rolls or in a greater or less sum than that named on said rolls. The Board further I
<br />orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the I6th. , day of August i

<br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Company for the
<br />pavement on Douglas Street from Dubail Avenue to Bruce Street under Improvement 1.
<br />Resonation Tdo.2252, in the amount of 4, 739.72. The Bosird also approved the constructfl
<br />ion bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company. ;I
<br />The Board signed the contract with the 4jilliston Construction Company for

<br />the pavement on 'Ni_lber Street from Lincoln Way Wast to Elwood Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution No.2253 in the amount of 3I,90I.94, The Board also approved the construct':;
<br />ion bond of same for 504 of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company,
