456 Wednesday, august 7 h. , 1929. 1 _ This being the date set, hearing was had on the .resolution for the gub-trunk''; Sewer in Eckman treet under Improvement Resolution No.2.272. In the above named improvement resolution, the Board .decide.s to take final li action and declares all former action taken in the matter null and void and rescinded anx the proceedings closed. City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed the following tabulations of bids for the sewer in Ming Avenue from Franklin Street to Prairie avenue udder Improvement Resolution No.2244. City Engineer, R. G. Wray, filed the tabulations of bids for the pavement of the alley south of Division Street from Scott Street to Chapin Street under Impro- vement Resolution No.2257: Frame and Zimmer H. N. Barnes Hoban & Roach H . T. Tranberg concrete I,SI4.40 1,697.20 I,7I2.90 I,724.40 Bids having been received for the pavement of the alley south of Division Street from Scott Street to Chapin Street under Improvement Resolution No.2257 the Board this 7th., day of August, I929, hereby awards the contract for said improvement to H. N. Barnes at his low bid of $1,697.20 f^r concrete pavement light traffic. This being the date set, hearing was had on the pavement of Olive Street from th the north curb line of Lincoln Nay `Test to Elwood Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2266. In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared and a written _remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, dbnldeb` to rescind all former action taken on said improvement resolution and declares same null and void and the proceedings closed. This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution for the pavement of Swygart Street from 2nd., alley north of Indiana Avenue to concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.2267. In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, after hearing all persons interested in said resolution, decides to rescind all former action taken on said improvement resod- ;� ution and declares same null and void and the proceedings closed. This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution for the pavement of Marine Street from New York Central Railroad right of way to Indiana Avenue under improvement Resolution No.2269. In the above named improvement resolution No.2269, the Board finds that there are no water mains between the alley north of Indiana and the Railroad and i� th refore, the Board decides to continue hearing on said resolution until August 2lst. 1929. This being the date set, hearing was had on resolution for the pavement of Greenlawn Avenue from 1.:`ishawaka, Avenue to Sunnymede Avenue under Improvement Resolutio if No.2265. it In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed: for said improvement will be equal to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer and that the improvement is necessary. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified, confirm ed and approved without modification.
