<br />An whereas, due notices of the filing of the petition and of said
<br />amended petiion, and of the presentation and hearing thereof before said Board of
<br />?!Commissioners, were given to all persons and corporation, as required by law;

<br />j' And whereas, said amended petition was afterward duly referred to
<br />1I Viewers appointee by said Board of Commissioners and said Viewe»s duly filed their
<br />11report thereon;
<br />And 4hereas, said new Highway proposed to be located aaosses the
<br />boundary line of the said City of South Bend, Indiana, and terminates therein at
<br />Altgelt Street, which is the first intersecting or connecting street, road highway or
<br />avenue within said city; ,
<br />Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City -
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, that this Board does hereby consent to and approge the said
<br />location opening and establishing Of slid new highway as hereinbef�re described, and of
<br />said portion of said road in the pity of South Bend, by the Board of Commissioners of
<br />St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, under said amended petition, as set forth and
<br />described in said proceedings, before said Board of Commissioners, and as heretofore
<br />establised by said Board, and now on filed in the office of the Auditor of said County;
<br />On motion, the foregoing resolution was duly made, passed and .adopted
<br />this 3Ist. , day of July 1929.
