Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and ;;the Board adopted said plans and specifications together with the following Improvement Resolutions: Improvement Resolution No.2265 for the pavement of Greenlawn Avenue from j lzi shawaka Avenue to Runnymede Avenue. (See files -for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2266 for the pavement of Olive Street from north curb line of Lincoln ,Way 114est to Elwood Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2264 for the pavement of Grace Street fromi. Street to Xaiey Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2270 for the pavement on 1"onroe Street from Olive Street to Ka.ley Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2267 for the pavement of Swygart avenue from 2nd. , alley north of Indiana Avenue to concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) Improvement Resolution No.2268 for the pavement of Lebanan Street from Broad way to Indiana Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders that said Board will meet in their office on the 7th. , day of August I929, at 7-I5 P.1% to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be assessed for i said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels o: :;land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the City Migineer. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings shall be published on the I9th., day of July and on the 26th., day of July 1929 '!in the South Bend Ne,..Ts Times and Tribune according to law and that property owners be notified according to law. The Board approved a claim of 7,059.32 in connection with Track elevation • wor'_1c in the matter of Condemnation Resolution No.2I971 as shown on assessment roll under said condemnation. 0 0 0 City Engineer, H.
