(See files -for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2266 for the pavement of Olive Street from north <br />curb line of Lincoln ,Way 114est to Elwood Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2264 for the pavement of Grace Street fromi. <br />Street to Xaiey Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2270 for the pavement on 1"onroe Street from Olive <br />Street to Ka.ley Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2267 for the pavement of Swygart avenue from 2nd. , <br />alley north of Indiana Avenue to concrete pavement on Prairie Avenue. (See files for <br />copy of resolution.) <br />Improvement Resolution No.2268 for the pavement of Lebanan Street from Broad <br />way to Indiana Avenue. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In all of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board hereby orders <br />that said Board will meet in their office on the 7th. , day of August I929, at 7-I5 P.1% <br />to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property may be assessed for <br />i said improvements and will decide whether the benefits to the several lots and parcels o: <br />:;land liable to be assessed for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of <br />same as reported by the City Migineer. The Board further orders that notices of said <br />hearings shall be published on the I9th., day of July and on the 26th., day of July 1929 <br />'!in the South Bend Ne,..Ts Times and Tribune according to law and that property owners be <br />notified according to law. <br />The Board approved a claim of 7,059.32 in connection with Track elevation <br />• wor'_1c in the matter of Condemnation Resolution No.2I971 as shown on assessment roll <br />under said condemnation. <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br />City Engineer, H.
