4:35 <br />Tuesday, July I6th., 1929. <br />!I <br />Edward Pfieffer and David Gibson, appraisors in connection with the opening <br />and extension of Linden Avenue and Bendix Drive under Condemnation Resolution No.2243, <br />filed the primary assessment roll showing the awards of damages and assessments of <br />` "' benefits under said condemnation resolution No.2243. <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders. that on the 3lsst. <br />day of Jul-t490aid Board will meet in their offi6e at 7-I5 P. ?�-., . to hear and receive <br />remonstrances from all persons whose property has been affected by said condemnation <br />and will decide whether the several lots and parcels of land have been ar will be <br />benefited or damaged in the amounts named on said roll. The Board further orders that <br />notices of said awards of damages and assessments of benefits be delivered according <br />to law. <br />Yeeting adjourned at II-30 A. R.T. <br />Attested: <br />Cle Vc of the Boar <br />WEDNESDAY JULY I7th., I929. <br />Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P. T`. ''r. R. Hinkle absent. <br />The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company for the pave <br />.ment on Bendix Drive from the south ling of Division Street to the north line of Sample. <br />:Street under Improvement Resolution No.2229 in the amount of 29,395.35. The Board <br />also approved the construction bond of same for 501 of the contract price signed by <br />Inland Bonding Company. <br />The Board signed the contract with 'Jilliston Construction Company for the <br />pavement of-7ilson Avenue, 20th., I9th., and 21st., Streets all under Improvement Res <br />olution No.2262 in the amount of 30,223.95. The Board also approved the construction <br />bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by inland Bonding company. <br />The Board approved the luarantee bond of '. illiston Construction Com7.ny <br />for the pavement and sewer Improvement on Lincoln Terrace Addition under Improvement <br />Resolution T"To.2IO2, in the amount of 92761.33 signed by Inland Bonding Company. <br />The 3oard approved the `"-uarantee Bond of she Jilliston Construction Oompany <br />for the pa=rement improvement on ryreenlalvn Avenue under Improvement Resolution "To.2I4I <br />in the amount of 959.54, signed by Inland 3onding ^omr.�any. <br />This being; the date set, hearings were had rolls: on the following primary assessment <br />Assessment roll for the grading of the alley e st of T-Tigh Street from <br />Fairview Avenue to Irvington Avenue under Improvement Resolution E`To.2I90. <br />Assessment roll for the grading of the alley south of Fairview Avenue from <br />gh 'treet to Dale Avenue under Improvement Resoluti-n Yo.2I9I. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement of Treenlawn Avenue from Y-Ki.riley Avenue to <br />tFJashing� on Avenue under Improvement Resolution -To.214I. <br />In all of t'_ae above nar;ed assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared and <br />no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being filly advised in the premises <br />(finds that the seTreral lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts <br />nap: ed oil said primary assessment rolls, and therefore, the Board decides to take final <br />action on said primary rolls and declares same in all thing's ratified, confirmed and <br />;;approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said <br />assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />The Board a-'pproved partial estimate no. I for t:'Ie pavement improvement on <br />Michigan Street from the south line of Donmoyer Avenye to the south line of Lot 16 <br />
