All members present. <br />The Board signed the contract with 71illiston Construction Company <br />for the pavement on Elmer Street from Lincoln `'Jay "pest to Elwood Avenue under Improve- <br />ment Resolution No.2230 in the amount of $23,059.46. The Board also approved the <br />construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with Albert Construction Company for <br />the pavement on Florence -"venue from Wilber Street to Johnson Street under Improve- <br />ment Resolution No.223I in the amount of II,214.76. The Board also approved the <br />construction bond of same in the amount of 50% of the contract price signed by Inland <br />Bonding Company. <br />The .Board a-pproved 'the claim of TTanTrump Testing; Laboratory for <br />work in connection with Trace elevation work in the amount of 1p406.50. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess- <br />ment rolls: <br />-.assessment roll for the local sewer in Lentucky Street from Jashington <br />Avenue to the alley north of Division 6treet under Improvement Resolution wo.2182. <br />Assessment roll for the local server in -erwinsci Street from Brook-'. <br />field Street to the C. I. & S. R. R., under Improvement Resolution 7,0622I9. <br />Assessment roll for the grade, curb and walk on :Kentucky Street from <br />Division street to Ford Street; ade and curb on Nord Street from Kentucky atreet to <br />Iowa Street; and on the walk on ivision Street from :Kantuc�r Street to Ist., alley <br />east, all under Improvement Resolution No.2I48. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appear- <br />ed and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the <br />premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land primarily assessed for said <br />improvements have been. benefited in the amounts named on said assessment rolls. The <br />Board therefore, decides to twee final action on said assessment rolls and declares <br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the pro- <br />ceedings closed. The Board now orders said assessment rolls delivered to the Depart- <br />ment of Finance. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following assess- <br />ment rolls: <br />assessment roll for the pavement on Twenty ''econd atreet from'the <br />south line of Pleasant atreet to the north end of River Bridge under Improvement Reso- <br />lution No.2064. <br />Assessment roll for the ravement on Liston Street from I4alnu.t Street <br />to Studebaker Street under Improvement Resolution No.2I70. <br />Assessment roll for the pavement on Carlisle Street from 77ashington <br />Avenue to Linden Street under Improvement tesolution?o.2I88. <br />In all of tie above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators appeared' <br />but no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the pre- <br />mises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have benefited in the amounts <br />j! named on said assessment rolls. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'.--;e final action on <br />i said primary assessment rolls and declares sare in all things ratified, confirmed and <br />approved without modification and the proceedings closed. The Board now orders said <br />assessment rolls delivered to the Department of Finance. <br />ij This being the date set, he -,_ring was had on the assessment roll for <br />the pavement on Poland Street from Harris Street to T.T. Y. C. R. R. under Improvement <br />Resolution No.2I89. <br />j In the above named assessment roll, re^nionstrators appeared but no <br />written remonstrance t;as filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and -parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named <br />on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said <br />assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified; fenfirmed and approved without <br />modification and the rroceedings closed.
