REGULAR MEETIN <br />regular work schedule, 6 days on and 3 days off, there shall be no paid holidays. The following <br />dates are designated as critical duty days: <br />New Years Day <br />Friday, January 1, 2010 <br />Independence Day <br />Sunday, July 4, 2010 <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Thursday, November 25, 2010 <br />Christmas Eve <br />Friday, December 24, 2010 <br />Christmas Day <br />Saturday, December 25, 2010 <br />New Years Eve <br />Thursday, December 31, 2010 <br />SECTION 111. Officers assigned to the South Bend Community School Corporation as <br />School Resource Officers shall have the following holidays: <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />s/Juanita Dempsey, President <br />s/Patrick D. Cottrell, Member <br />s/Eddie L. Miller, Member <br />s/Bruce J. BonDurant, Member <br />s/Laura A. Vasquez, Member <br />Attest: <br />s/Linda Martin, Clerk <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION <br />CliiefBoykins, Police Department, advised the Board of a generous donation made to the South <br />Bend Police Department Summer Tennis Program. The donation of twenty-five dollars was given by <br />Mr. and Mrs. Costello in memory of Mr. Pletcher. There being no further discussion, the donation <br />was accepted and filed. <br />ACCEPT AND FILE DONATION <br />Chief Boykins, Police Department, advised the Board of a generous donation made to the South <br />Bend Police Department Youth Boxing Program. The donation of one-thousand dollars was given by <br />the St. Joseph County Prosecutors Office. There being no further discussion, the donation was <br />
