4 ASAP Towing & Recovery owns and operates two adjacent commercial properties, In an attempt to better serve our customers both ASAP properties are conveniently located within the city limits, on the local South Bend City bus line, and within five miles of the South Bend Police Department where customers will pick up vehicle release forms. o 1906 S. Olive Street - houses the main office, indoor storage facilities, and outdoor storage. 2010 S. Olive Street — is an additional storage lot and also houses minimal room for indoor storage ASAP Towing & Recovery can house fifteen passenger size vehicles within the indoor storage facility located at 1906 S. Olive Street. ASAP Towing & Recovery provides twenty-four hour indoor and outdoor monitoring and surveillance of both storage facilities using the following systems: o Lot.and indoor surveillance are monitored via the Swann Pro DVR system -- benefits include 24 hour DVR recording s 16 Channel 960H Digital Video Recorder with pre -installed 5TB HDD ® Remote access and smart viewing via Smartphone or computer ® 16 TVL line Cameras with H.264 recording technology and night vision capacity o The Swann system has the capacity to hold seven days of twenty-four hour surveillance. All recordings are transferred weekly to a USB drive and held for thirty days in case an incident is reported. o Additional twenty-- four hour security 1906 S. Olive — is provided by Koorsen Fire & Security w 2010 S. Olive — is provided by ADT o Additional security measures include: • Outdoor lot and premises are surround by six foot security fencing with wire. • Lot gates are electronic and can only be opened by authorized employees. Per resolution requirements, ASAP hours for payment and release of vehicles include the following times: 0 8am — 6pm Monday through Friday 0 8am —12 pm Saturday o Sundays, holidays, and after hours pick-up can be made by appointment and an additional fee of $50.0a Hours of operation, as well as, after hours contact information signs are clearly posted on entry doors of both locations. A Procedures for payment and release of impounded vehicles is as follows: Upon owner obtaining a release form from the police station and presenting it to ASAP, we will ask for a valid photo id. (Driver's license, passport, or state issued id) we will compare the paperwork to the release form and registration. We will make copies for our files of the release form, photo id and registration. The invoice will then be presented for payment and signature of the owner. Forms of payment for a vehicle requiring a police release will be cash and or credit/debit card. No personal checks will be accepted. After payment is received the owner will be provided a receipt and escorted to their vehicle.
