CITY OF SOUTH BEND I CITYWORKS IMPLEMENTATION PILOT
Task 2.2: Core Cityworks AMS Configuration. Software configuration is both an iterative and highly collaborative pro-
cess. Over the course of two (2) rounds of workshops, the joint Woolpert/City team will define andl develop the soft-
ware's configuration. The organic knowledge transfer that occurs when our teams work so closely together during this
phase pays high dividends when the project moves into the Deployment phase. Our approach fosters ownership of the
solution by the City team, which results in a team with a strong desire to succeed. People support what they help to cre-
ate, and the City implementation team will champion the solution they worked so hard to develop.
SUB TASKS (PILOT)
2.2.1: Round 1 Configuration Workshops
• 2.2.2: Round 2 Configuration Workshops
. . . . ......
ASSUMPTIONS (PILOT)
• Round I Configuration Workshops will be conducted ons,ite during the same calendar week as the Business Pro-
cess Review Workshops
Round 2 Configuration Workshops, will be conducted remotely via WebEx
• The workshops will! address the Cityworks configuration of the Sewer Collections and Stormwater groups only
• Only assets types that exist within the GIS at the time of the Cityworks installation will be configured in City -
works
• Only horizontal assets will be configured in Cityworks.
