since it will take place under the Colfax bridge which is maintained by the County. <br />Al.03 Prepare Final Quote Package <br />A. The Engineer shall revise the quote package as -needed per comments received from the City. <br />B. The Engineer shall provide a list of Contractors to receive the quote package. A minimum of <br />three (3) will be provided. <br />A1.04 Construction Administration <br />A. Due to the size of this project, LFA assumes that the actual construction will not take a substantial <br />amount of time. LFA's tasks for Construction Administration are: <br />1. The Engineer shall provide 16 hours of Construction Observation while the work is being <br />performed. <br />2. The Engineer shall prepare Inspection Reports for the time in which they are onsite during <br />construction. <br />3. The Engineer shall coordinate and attend a final walkthrough with the City. <br />A1.05 Structural Assessment of East Raceway Wall <br />A. The Engineer shall perform a structural assessment of a wall along the East Raceway utilizing <br />existing plans. It is assumed that no field data will be required for this assessment. <br />B. The Engineer shall prepare an Engineer's Report documenting the findings of the structural <br />assessment and submit it to the City for review. <br />C. The Engineer shall meet with the City to discuss the findings of the assessment. <br />PART 2 — ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />A2.01 Additionctl Services Regitiring Ol-vner•'s YVi•itten Aitthot-ization <br />A. If authorized in writing by Owner, Engineer shall furnish or obtain from others Additional Services <br />of the types listed below. <br />I. Preparation of applications and supporting documents (in addition to those furnished under <br />Basic Services) for private or governmental grants, loans, or advances in connection with the <br />Project; preparation or review of environmental assessments and impact statements; review <br />and evaluation of the effects on the design requirements for the Project of any such statements <br />and documents prepared by others; and assistance in obtaining approvals of authorities <br />having jurisdiction over the anticipated environmental impact of the Project. <br />Services resulting from significant changes in the scope, extent, or character of the portions <br />of the Project designed or specified by Engineer or its design requirements including, but not <br />limited to, changes in size, complexity, Owner's schedule, character of construction, or <br />method of financing; and revising previously accepted studies, reports, Drawings, <br />Specifications, or Contract Documents when such revisions are required by changes in Laws <br />Page 2 <br />(Exhibit A — Engineer's Services) <br />EJCDC E-500 Agreement Bchveen Owner and Engineer for Professional Services <br />Copyright 0 2008 National Society of Professional Engineers for EJCDC.
