I.T. All members re ent p s Tfinut e$ <br />of meeting held July End., 1929, read and approved. <br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Const. , Co. for the <br />pavement on Main street from Fairview Avenue to the. alley south of' Woodside Street under 1, <br />Improvement Resolution No.2226 in the amount of 37,601*75. The Board also approved the <br />construction bond of same in the amount of 50% of the contract price signed by Inland j <br />Bonding Company. <br />The Board signed the contract with Williston Construction Company for; <br />the pavement on Meade street from Lincoln Way Vest to Elwood Avenue under Improvement <br />Resolution No.2227 in the amount of 18,256.77. The Board also approved the construction,) <br />bond of same in the amount of 50 0 of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co. <br />The Board signed the contract with H. N. Barnes for the pavement <br />of the alley south of Monroe Street from Carroll Street to the first alley west of Carroll <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.2249 in the amount of 559.00. The Board also <br />approbed the construction bond of same in the amount of 100% of the contract price. <br />The hoard signed the contract with H. N. Barnes for the grade, curb <br />and walk improvement on Campeau Street from the east line of Park Place to Harriett <br />Street under Improvement Resolution No.2233 in the amount of 2#7`59.69. The Board also <br />approved the construction bond of same for 100* of the .contract price. <br />The Board approved the Guarantee bond of -the Williston const. �1'o <br />I� <br />for the pavement improvement on Poland Street from Harris Street to N. Y. c'. R. R. under <br />improvement resolution No„2I89 in the amount of 440.8Ii , gned.by Inland Bonding Co. ;! <br />
