Corner of Lot 49 in Original Plat of Aiver Park under Vacation <br />Resolution No.2216. <br />In all of the above named assessment rolls, no remonstrators <br />appeared and no written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised <br />in the premises, decides to take final action on said assessment rolls and find that <br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts named in said <br />rolls.
