Baringer in the <br />amount of JJ,000.00 signed by the Itandard -11,ceident Insurance `'o. <br />The Board anproved.the eicavation bond in the amount of I,000.00 signed by <br />the Merieaj Fmployers Insurance company. <br />• The Board approved the Guarantee Bond of C. 7 Reesh for the & eade Street <br />Sewer under Improvement Resolution No.2I83 signed by tie United States Guaranty Co., <br />in the amount of 305.73. <br />This being the date set, hearings were had on the following improvement resohu <br />tidns: <br />Improvement resolution 'No.22I8 for the local sewer improvement in Fremont <br />Street from Humboldt Street to Llwood Avenue. (See file's for copy of resolution.) <br />Imnrovement resolution No. 22I9 for the local sewer improvement in l erwinski <br />Street between Brookfield Street and College Street. (See files for copy of resolution;) <br />'In both of the above named improvement resolutions, no remonstrators ap?sared <br />and no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises <br />finds that the benefits to the several lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed <br />for said improvements will be equal to the estimated costs of same as reported by the <br />City Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said improvement <br />resolutions, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without <br />modifibation. <br />In the both of the above named improvement resolutions, the Board, hereby, <br />orders that on the 29th. , day of 15ay 1929, this Board, will receive, opene and .read <br />vealed proposals foal the construction of said improvements up to I0:00 A. ?". The <br />Board further orders that notices of said proposals sh <br />all be published on the 17th. <br />day of Vay and on the 24th. , day of Mary I929, in the South Bend Nears Times and Tribune ' <br />according to law. <br />This being the date set, bids were received, opened and read for the ,made, <br />curb and walk improvement on �n.derson Street from King "'treet to Bulla ''treet under <br />Improvement Resolution No. 22J8.
