Minutes of meetings held April 23rd., and April 24th., 1929, read and approved The Board signed the contract with the Williston Construction Company for the sheet asphalt pavement on Poland Street from Harris Street to New York Central Railroad under Improvement Resolution No.2I89 in the amount of 4,25985. The Board also _approv ed the ep,nstruetion band of same for 50% of the contract price signed by the Inland Bonding "ompany. The Board signed the contract with the Williston Construeti.on . Company for the sheet asphalt pavement on Carlisle Street from Washington Avenue to Linden Avenue tinder Improvement Resolution No.2188 in the amount of 6,668.65. 'TheBoard also approved the construction bond of same for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Co. The Board signed the contract with the Northern Indiana Construction Company for a loea� sewer improvement on Gladstone, Albert and ydison Avenge and the alley north of Sample treet from the east line of Belleville 3rd., Unit to `hest line of Bellevill-e 3rd. Unit tinder Improvement Resolution No.22I5 in the amount of 14,801.56. The., Board also approved the construction bond of same for fi00% of the contract price signed Ay the Standard Accident Insurance Company. The Board signed the contract with Reith Riley Construction Company for the sheet asphalt pavement on Broadway, Street from High Street to Miami Street under Impro vement Resolution No.2I87 in the amount of 111,515.40. The Board also approved the construetiori bond of same for 50% of the contract price sign--�d by the Southern Surety Company. The Board approved the excavation bond for 4-mery Fredericks in the amount of 11,000.00 signed by the Great American Indemnity Company of New York. The Board approved the continuation certificate for the excavation bond in favor of dilliam Collmer in the amount of I,000.00 signed by the gommercial Casualty Insurance Company. City Engineer, H.
