All members present. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution Tto.2200 <br />for the local sewer improvement on Greenlawn Avenue from Grand gunk `pest ern Railroad. <br />to Chester Street. (See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the special benefits that will accrue to the property liable to be <br />assessed for said sewer improvement, will be equal to the estimated cost of same <br />as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take, <br />final action on said improvement resolution No.2200 and declares same in all things <br />j ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. <br />The Board now orders that on the 7th. , daffy of Vay 1929, this Board will <br />!� receive, open and read waled proposals up to I0:00 A. V., for the construction of <br />said improvement. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall <br />be published on the 26th. , day of April and on .the 3rd. , day of I`ay, 1929, in the <br />South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. <br />fi <br />This being the date set, hearing was had ^n Im ovement Resolution No.2I99 <br />for the pavement of the first alley west of Cottage k*rove avenue .from Lincoln Way Vi <br />E West to Ilan Buren street. .(See files for copy of resolution.) <br />!� In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appaared and a <br />II written remonstrance ias filed and the Board, being full.* advised in the premises, <br />decides to over rule said remonstrance, and finds that the benefits to the several <br />lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal <br />to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, there - <br />tore, decides to ta'_�ce final action on said resolution and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved.
