Y. J,7.1 members present. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.22OO <br />for the local sewer improvement on Greenlawn Avenue from Grand Trunk `4est ern Railroai <br />to Chester Street. ( See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the special benefits that will accrue to the property liable to be <br />assessed for said sewer improvement, will be equal to the estimated cost of same <br />as reported by the City Civil Engineer. The Board, therefore, decides to take . <br />final action on said improvement resolution No.22O0 and declares same in all things <br />ratified, confirmed and approved without modification. <br />The Board now orders that on the 7th. , day of I -Fay 1929, this Board will <br />receive, open and read waled proposals up to 10:00 A. V., for the construction of <br />said improvement. The Board further orders that notices of said proposals shall <br />be published on the 26th., day of April and on the 3rd., day of 1'ay, 1929, in the <br />South Bend News Times and Tribune according to law. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on Improvement Resolution No.2I99 <br />for the pavement ofthe first alley west of Cottage Uro ve avenue .from Lincoln Way �d <br />West to plan Buren f, treet. .(See files for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, remonstrators appaared and a <br />written remonstrance vras filed and the Board, being fulljr advised in the premises, <br />decides to over rule said remonstrance, and finds that the benefits to the several <br />lots and parcels of land liable to be assessed for said improvement will be equal <br />to the estimated cost of same as reported by the City Engineer. The Board, there- <br />fore, decides to ta'fie final action on said resolution and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved.
