Wray, filed plans, specifications and estimates and the <br />Board adopted said plans and specifications together with Vie following Improvement <br />Resolution: <br />Improvement resolution No.22I5 for the sewer on Albert Avenue, Edison Avenue <br />and Caladstone Avenue from pint 801 feet south of the south line of Ford Otreet <br />to the north line of Sample street and the Alley north of .Sample atreet . from the' east <br />line of Belleville Third Unit to the west line of Belleville third Unit. (See files <br />for copy of resolution.) <br />In the above named improvement resolution, property owners waived all objections <br />on and in defense to any defect in said proceedings and to any violation in procedure <br />for the construction of street improvements as provided by law. Whereupon the Board <br />receivedr; opened and read the following proposal for the construction of said sewer: <br />15 inch 12 inch 8 inch 6 inch manholes <br />A. Spadoni 2.37 2.II .76 .90 92.00 <br />The Above bid handed to `'ity -Eiigineer for tabulation and the Board hereby awards <br />the contract for said improvement to A. Spadoni at his low bid. <br />The Board approved the estimate of Eugene- Fischoff Co., for the two desks for <br />the Council Chamber in the amount of 155.00 each or a total of II0.00. The Board <br />instructed Clerk to place order for same for delivery as soon as possible. <br />In the matter of Condemnation resolution No.2I97 and 2198 for the widening of <br />Sample and Fellows Streets, the Board hereby appoints Edward Pfeiffer, David Gibson <br />and P. E. Bondurant to act as appraisors in determining the values of properties <br />for said condemnations. <br />Yeeting adjourned at I0:00 P.
