Tuesday, Ipril I6th., 1929. 7 • 9 . • • • G "Begi:gning at the northwest corner of Lot 89 in Oakside Third Addition to the City of youth Bend, thence south two hundred' (200) feet along the west side of said lot 89 to the southwest: corner of . said lot, thence west fourteen feet to the southeast corner of Lot No.90 in said Addition, thence north two hundred (200) feet along . the east side of said lot No.90 to the northeast corner thereof, thence east "fourteen (I4) feet to the place of beginning, the same constituting the alley between said lots 89 and 90 and estending fromoodside Street to the north line of the first alley south of Woodside Street and parallel --therewith," subject to an easement in the City of South Bend to use said above described real estate as a public alley; and 11lhereas proceedings have been instituted by the said Edwards Iron Worics, Inc. for the vacation of said alley; Now this Indenture Wittnesseth: That for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (I.00) to grantor in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is' hereby acknowledged, and in consideration of the vacation of said alley by said City of South Bend to grantee, and for other good and valuable consideration, the said grantor hereby grants unto said grantee, its. successors and assigns., foreever, the free right of maintaining and entrance to repair, if necessary and when necessary a public sewer now situated on, under and along said alley.
