<br />Trinutes of meetings held April 9th., and April IOth.,.I929, read and
<br />.approved.
<br />This being the date set, hearing.was had on the assessment roll for the
<br />condemnation of Sherman Avenue under Condemnation Resolution No.1768.
<br />In the above named assessment roll the Board decides to continue hearing
<br />until Wednesday, April I7th., 1929, at 7-15 P. Yo
<br />The Board signed toe contract with E. T. Tranberg for the sewer and grade
<br />curb and walk improvement on �6orin Street under Improvement Resolution No.22IO in
<br />the amount of I, 700.37. The Board also approved the construction bond of same
<br />for 50 0 of the cont pact price signed by the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New
<br />York.
<br />No petitions having been filed for a change in the type of _ravement
<br />other than that specified in the preliminary order for the pavement of the west
<br />one-half of Ernesrerger Street from Lincoln `flay mast to a .point 45 feet north of
<br />center line of River Avenue projected under Improvement Resolution No.2f76, the
<br />Board this I6th., day of April I929, hereby makes a final order for concrete pavement
<br />light traffic as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved
<br />and awards the contract for ,e•aid improvement to H. 17. Reed & Sons at their low bid
<br />of 5,2I6.29.
<br />The Board approved the Contractors Bond of $I,000.00 in favor of Wiliam
<br />D,. Whitman.
<br />City Engineer, H.. G. '.dray, filed plans and the Board adopted said plans
<br />together with the following Vacation Resolutions:

<br />That it is' desirable to va#ate the following:.
