<br />all constituting a street lighting system on" Chapin. Street_ from Washington avenue to
<br />Monroe Street in the dit-r of South ''Send, Indiana, consisting of thirty-s$x (36) street:;
<br />i • lamps supplied through sacld underground system. from the electrical circuits of the
<br />Contractor., s-ach lamps shall be as follows.
<br />36 - 13 foot R-iverside Standards, complete with
<br />' Egyptian Senior; Lighting Units and Vogul
<br />Multiple Sockets and each equipped with I-
<br />5000 lumen street lighting lamp. The burning
<br />i hours of said lamps shall be as follows:
<br />Twenty-four (24) of said lamps shall be
<br />burned from one half hour after sunset until
<br />one-half hour before sunrise, every and all
<br />night, burning approxiamtely four thousand
<br />(4000) hours per sinnum.
<br />Twelve -(12) of .said lamps shall barb from one-
<br />half hour after sunset each and every night
<br />uiktil midnight only.
<br />(b) The City shall provide and the Contractor shall maintain and operate
<br />i� subject 'to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the•eables, conduits and other sub- sur
<br />face equipment and apparatus., and the Contractor shall provide, maintain and operate,
<br />standards, lamps, refractors and all other equipment and apparatus, all constttntfng
<br />a street lighting system on Yiami Street from Lincoln Way East to Ewing Avenge in
<br />South Bend, Indiana, consisting of forty-one (41'J street lamps supplied through'said
<br />underground system . from the _eleifftri cal circuits of the Contractor, such lamps.. shall
<br />.
<br />be as follows-
<br />2 8 - I2 foot Sheridan Hollow Spun, Concrete

<br />Lighting Standards. complete with Octagonal
<br />Junior .Lighting Tops with &"pikes and Medium ,
<br />Rrongul T!'uitiple Sockets, each egj ipped with
<br />I- I000 Lumen Street lighting lamp.
<br />I3 -* I2 foot Sheridan-Tolio-:; Spun, concrete
<br />Lighting Standards complete with Octagonal
<br />Junior Lighting Tops with Spikes and ITedium
<br />` Trongul Yultiple Sockets, each equipped with
<br />I- 2500 lumen street lighting lamp. Said
<br />` forty-one (41) lamps on Miami street herein
<br />provided for shall be burned from one -half
<br />hour after sunset until onehalf hour 6.2fore
<br />sunrise, every night and all night, burning
<br />I approximately four thousand (4000). hours per
<br />annum.

<br />(c) The ity shall provide and` the Contractor shall maintain and
<br />operate, subject. to conditions hereinafter set forth, the cables, conduits and other
<br />sub. -surface equipment and apparatus, and the, Contractor shall provide,amaintain and
<br />operate standards, lamps, refractors and all other equipment and apparatus, all
<br />I constituting a street lighting system on Angella Avenue from Leeper Avenge to Notre
<br />Dame Avenue in the City of South Bend, Indiana, consisting of twenty-nine (29)
<br />. Street lamps supplied through said ,.underground system from the electrical circuits of ;
<br />the Contractor, such lamps shall be as follows:
<br />29 - IO foot Sheridan Hollow Spun, concrete
<br />Lighting Standards with Octagonal Junior
<br />Tops, each equipped with I-I000 lumen -
<br />II Lamp. Said twenty-nine (29) lamps on
<br />Angella Avenue herein provided for shall
<br />f, be burned from one half hour after sunset
<br />�i until one half hour 'iefore sunrise, every
<br />I� night and all night burning approximately
<br />four thousand (40001 hours ver annum.

<br />(d) The Contractor shall provide maintain and operate a street
<br />Lvenue
<br />II• lighting system on College Street from Elwood to Keller Street in the City
<br />!j of South Bend, Indiana, consisting of seven (7) street lamps supplied from an under-
<br />i ground distribution system of the contractor, such underground lamps shall be as
<br />I follows:

<br />7- Park View Poles with Octagonal Junior
<br />Lighting Tops, each equi bed with I-I000
<br />i Lumen Lamps, said seven � 7 ) underground
<br />i lamps herein provided for shall be burned
<br />from one half hour after sunset until one-
<br />half hour before sunrise, every night and
<br />all night burning approximately four
<br />thousand t4000) hours.

<br />As a part of the consideration to the Qontraotor for the services to be
<br />furnished herein by it, the City Agrees that the Contractor shall have the exclusive u
<br />use and control of the cables, conduits, bases and any and all other equipment and
<br />,apparatus to be furnished and installed by the Cit•.y on Chapin Street, Viami Street
