<br />award the contract or reject all bids.

<br />9th., day of April 1929, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt heavy
<br />traffic pavement as the type of pavement with which said street shall be improved and
<br />set! the 23rd. , day of April 1929, as the time when said Board shall either pass on 1
<br />petitions for a change in the type of -pavement other than that specified in the prelimn' •
<br />ary order, award the contract or reject all bids.
<br />Bids having been Teceived for the pavement of Poland Street from Harris
<br />Street to the New York Central Railroad under Improvement Resolution yo.2I89, the Board
<br />this 9th. , day of April I929, hereby makes a preliminary order for sheet asphalt heavy
<br />traffic pavement as the type of pavement with which said street- shall be improved and
<br />sets the 23rd. , day of April 1929, as the time when said Board shall either pass on
<br />petitions for a change in the #typ- b_ efnpayement other than that specified in the prelim-
<br />inary order, award the contract or reject all bids.
<br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Company for the
<br />pavement -of Franklin Street from Calvert Street to {Ewing Avenue under Improvement
<br />Resolution Noi2178 in the amount of 14,636.50. The Board approved the bond of same
<br />for 50% of the contract price signed by Inland Bonding Company.
