Wray, filed p,ns and the Board adopted said plans together with the following Condemnation Resolution No.2206:' COPY OF CONDMNATION RESOLUTION NO.2206. 'Resolved by the Board of Public corks of the City of South bend, Indiana: That the following described Property be .appropriated for the. mse of said City: Lot 38 in Euclid Park Addition, also Beginning at the point -of intersection of the north line of North Side Boulevard and the west line of the east one half of Section Ift Township 37 North, Range ;3 East, thence north along said west line to a I point due east of the northeast corner of Lot 38 in Ba.clid Park Addition, thence running due east one hundred five feet (I051) to a point, thence south and parallel to the west line of the east one half of said section 18. to the north line of North Side Boulevard, thencenorth- westerly along the north line of said North side Boulevard to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation: Lot 38 in Euclid Park "ddition, also j Beginning in the No & S. center line of election at a 3pomt 1359 feet from the quarter section corner o3R the IT. boundary of Section, being 'J of No To 1 of Section is, Twp. 37, N.
