FOuss absent. <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the Vacation of the <br />Ist., alley east of Stanfield Street from Napoleon Street to Angella Avenue under <br />Vacation Resolution No.2I40. <br />i In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited or damaged in the <br />I. amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final <br />action oig said assessment roll, filed January 2nd., 1929, and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. . <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits to the matter of the Vacation of a <br />portion of Pine Street; and the first alley south of Monroe Street; a portion of the <br />alley west. of Pine jtreet; and a portion of Laurel.Street under Vacation Resolution. <br />No.2058. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no <br />written remonstrances were filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, <br />finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited or damaged in the <br />amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'ce final <br />action on said assessment roll, filed January 2nd., 1929, and declares same in all <br />" <br />things rat-ifi ed, confirmed and approved and the rroceed ings closed. <br />The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Company for <br />the pavement of VanBuren Street from the west line of Cushing Street to Lawndale <br />Avenue under Imvrovement Resolution No.2I68 in the amount of 20,554.42. The Board <br />also arrroved the construction bond of same f32 the amount of 50% of the contract <br />-= <br />price signed by the Inland Bonding Comrar�y.if <br />The Board approved a claim of H. G.
