32 Tuesday, Februayy. I9th. , 1929. 3' WEDNESDAY TTITNING FE'3RT?ARY 20th. , I929. Board met in regular session at 7-I5 P.`. Prr. R. H. FOuss absent. This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the Vacation of the Ist., alley east of Stanfield Street from Napoleon Street to Angella Avenue under Vacation Resolution No.2I40. i In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited or damaged in the I. amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action oig said assessment roll, filed January 2nd., 1929, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. . This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll for the award of damages and the assessment of benefits to the matter of the Vacation of a portion of Pine Street; and the first alley south of Monroe Street; a portion of the alley west. of Pine jtreet; and a portion of Laurel.Street under Vacation Resolution. No.2058. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited or damaged in the amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll, filed January 2nd., I929, and declares same in all IIthings ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. This being the date set, hearing was on the assessment roll for the if award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the Vacation of the alley north of Washington Avenue from Su#nyside Avenue to Esther Street under Vacation;' No.2I38. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, and the Board, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the' amounts named on said assessment roll. The Board, therefore, decides to ta'ce final action on said assessment roll, filed January 2nd., 1929, and declares same in all " things rat-ifi ed, confirmed and approved and the rroceed ings closed. The Board signed the contract with the Albert Construction Company for the pavement of VanBuren Street from the west line of Cushing Street to Lawndale Avenue under Imvrovement Resolution No.2I68 in the amount of 20,554.42. The Board also arrroved the construction bond of same f32 the amount of 50% of the contract -= price signed by the Inland Bonding Comrar�y.if The Board approved a claim of H. G. Wray for traveling expenses in the amount of $48.74 and hereby orders City Controller to pay same out of Tracy Elevation -Fund .
